22 Kids and Counting star Sue Radford has divided fans after sharing a snapshot from her lavish 50th birthday trip to Florida.
The Radfords are known for their love of Disney World and regular family getaways, and are once again stateside, enjoying sun, rides, and plenty of snacks.
But Sue’s latest Instagram post stirred more than excitement, it sparked a health debate.

Sue Radford shares snap from Florida vacation
Earlier this week, the TV star shared a photo of herself enjoying the heat.
Donning denim shorts, a colourful tube top and a pair of cow-print Mickey ears, Sue curled up in the passenger seat of a car.
In her hands, she showed off her oversized takeaway cup. The giant plastic cup was filled to the brim with what’s presumed to be Coca-Cola.
“Look at the size of this takeout cup (bucket),” she joked in the caption. “How much would one of these be at a service station in the UK? It was £1.50 equivalent here.”
While many fans enjoyed the post, others were quick to criticise the drink’s size and sugar content.
‘Hugely bad for health’
“This is why the American healthcare system is broken,” one fan commented. “Massive portions of cheap food, hugely bad for health, loaded with sugar and fat. Tastes lush, though, so you want more. Love the Mickey ears.”
“Rude!!” Another wrote. “Okay, it’s more expensive in the UK, but only because everything is gigantic size in the States, which is why they have an obesity explosion.”
“Yeah… that’s not a good thing. They are charging their people to kill them,” a third person wrote bluntly.
However, not all followers were critical. Some defended Sue’s choice, highlighting that the post was meant to be playful, not political.
“Probably need to get a mortgage out for it in the UK! It looks so refreshing!!” one fan joked.

Radford family vacation
Unfortunately, the Radfords’ holiday hasn’t been all sunshine and selfies.
Sue also shared her frustrations about changes to the Disney World experience.
“95 minute wait for Guardians of the Galaxy. Not liking the fact they removed the virtual queuing system,” she vented on Instagram. “Anyone else wish they’d kept that system?”
In addition to long queues, the family faced issues even before takeoff.
Sue’s daughter, Millie Radford, 23, revealed on her own Instagram that she and two of her children were temporarily banned from boarding their flight at Gatwick Airport.
The issue? An expired ESTA – a key document for visitors entering the U.S. without a visa.
Despite the drama, the issue was resolved quickly.
