Susanna Reid has revealed she’s a changed woman since her BBC days.
And the queen of breakfast news credits Piers Morgan for “unleashing her”.
The 47-year-old told The Sun’s Fabulous magazine: “I’m in a very different place now than I was back then. Maybe I’m more relaxed.”
And it’s her Good Morning Britain co-host, who is never afraid of courting controversy, who she says helped her come out of her shell more.
She added: “Piers has certainly helped me shed that fear about how I’m going to be judged.
“I used to fear online comments, but now I just think: ‘We’ll make it work.’

“After 20 years at the BBC you can’t be this unopinionated any more, so I maintain utterly my political neutrality – how I vote, whether I vote, my particular views on things.
“But on other matters, for instance feminism, I’ve unleashed my opinions and gradually I’ve built that up. He’s unleashed me!”
She certainly wasn’t shy in voicing her opinion of Emmerdale hottie Ned Porteous when a steamy pic of him was aired during a morning interview recently.
The actor, who plays Joe Tate, was appearing on GMB with Piers and Susanna to talk about the soap.

Susanna was in the middle of asking Ned a question about the upcoming storyline when a photo of him with his top off flashed up on the screen behind her.
“Woah,” she said, stopping the interview to admire the view. “Hang on a moment!”
And Piers joked that they’d just seen pictures of Ned “completely naked”!
Luckily Susanna was able to regain her composure enough to carry on with the chat.
Meanwhile Piers was his usual straight-talking self when he recently tore into the British ex-wife of an ISIS commander.
Tania Joya lived in Syria with US jihadi John Georgelas, but fled the country in 2013. She’s now set up home in Dallas, Texas with the couple’s four children and says she hasn’t seen Georgelas for a year.
But after Tania suggested that her ex-husband has a good side, Piers let rip at his guest before halting the interview.
The former tabloid editor is also bound to grab the headlines once more as his exclusive interview with US President Donald Trump airs tonight at 10pm on ITV.
