We may have never seen Olly Murs with a celebrity girlfriend on his arm, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been dating any.
After rumours of the new Voice coach dating Melanie Sykes, it seems he has also been dating a DJ from radio station Capital Xtra.
Emma Conybeare was filling in for Richard Arnold as showbiz reporter on Good Morning Britain, when she let slip that she had dated the singer.
As she joined the presenters on set, the 23 year old was talking about Olly joining exclusive dating app Raya.
Emma said: “Have you heard? Olly Murs is actually on the elite dating app Raya.
“We did date but we’re really good friends now. It was quite amusing actually.
“We did but we’re good friends now. I’m sure he won’t mind the fact.”
“I don’t think he was a big fan of me.
“I’m sure he won’t mind it. He’s such a sweet guy – he messaged me saying ‘well done’. So I do apologise for doing this.
“He’s a good catch and a great dater. As a bonus point he loves tight trousers but he’s got a good bottom to pull it off.
“He just can’t find the right fish in the sea.”
She added: “He knows where I am.”
And for anyone thinking that she might just be all about selling her story, Emma is no dizzy wannabe.
She has a Maths and Static degree after attending Portsmouth University but chose to leave the world of forecasting, computer programming and finance, for the world of presenting.
