Take That have announced that they will play Liverpool Arena this Friday night – the event replaces the gig that the band cancelled last night, following events in Manchester.
On Monday night, the city’s MEN arena was stuck by a terrorist, who killed 22 people and left 119 injured.
The victims were in the process of leaving the venue after an Ariana Grande concert.
As news of the atrocity broke, Take That yesterday tweeted their sympathies.
“Out of respect to all of the people and their families that were affected by the horrific incident last night at The Manchester Arena we have decided to postpone our show tonight in Liverpool.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.”

Gary Barlow posted a personal tribute.
The 46-year-old singer-songwriter said: “Sad, sad news from Manchester. Praying for all the victims and families involved”.
He also tweeted fans, telling them to stay strong.
Band mate Mark Owen wrote: “So sad to hear the news from Manchester…. Prayers and thoughts go out to everyone involved.. Heartbreaking!!!! Love to you all M.O X”
Howard originally tweeted a message late on Monday as details of the tragedy began to emerge. He wrote: “I’m really hoping the casualties are not as many as it’s displaying all over the news. Sending out love and strength to all #Manchesterarena”.
He followed this message up the following day when the magnitude of the incident had sunk in, saying: “Waking up to the realisation that so many innocent people are dead! So sad and heartbroken for all involved. Manchester I love you.”

The Liverpool venue has posted a note about the reschedule gig on its website:
“If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds are available from your point of purchase up until 12pm Friday 26 May 2017.
“We would like to reassure our customers that their safety is always of the highest importance to us.
“Additional security measures will be in place and we will be in touch before the event with more information.”
Take That were due to play Manchester arena this Thursday, Friday and Saturday, but those concerts have now been confirmed as cancelled.
In a statement, Manchester Arena said: “Due to the tragic events of Monday night and the ongoing police investigation, the scheduled Take That concerts for Thursday 25th, Friday 26th and Saturday 27th of May have been postponed.
“Further details will be released as soon as possible.”
