Tamara Ecclestone stuns fans by giving daughter a PUPPY as Advent calendar gift

Good luck getting Fifi her dream unicorn!

There are some things that money really just can’t buy – no matter how much you might have of it.

That’s what billionaire’s daughter Tamara Ecclestone has learned this festive season, after checking out her toddler’s Christmas list.

She already has a £10,000 doll’s house and an advent calendar bigger than many kid’s bedrooms – which featured a PUPPY behind one of the doors – but now three-year-old Sophia has asked for the impossible.

The cute youngster – whose nickname is Fifi – has asked Santa for a real unicorn!

Tamara – daughter of ex Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone – revealed Sophia’s unusual request in an interview with Hello! Magazine.

“It’s a bit of a tricky one because she’s asking for a real unicorn. I’m not sure what to do!” said Tamara.

But the reality star has come up with a potential plan, adding: “A friend told me about a book where it says that unicorns can’t be captured, so I think I’ll have to buy it and read it to her.”

We’ve already been given an insight into the family’s luxurious lifestyle, thanks to the ITVBe series Tamara’s World.

She posted a picture of daughter Sophia standing in front of her towering advent calendar, cuddling a cute puppy, and showed off the Christmas decorations in their £70m mansion in Kensington Palace Gardens.

But Tamara told Hello! that she, husband Jay Rutland and Sophia were a normal family, enjoying simple activities such as putting up the Christmas decorations together.

She revealed Sophia had put the star on top of their tree with Jay this year – something she used to do with her father Bernie as a child.

“It’s so nice for those traditions to be passed down,” she said.

“Fifi loved decorating the tree but she was most excited about climbing on the ladder with Jay. The most dangerous part!”

Despite all that, Tamara says she and husband Jay will “not go nuts” on presents for each other this year.

They’re clearly not short of a bob or a billion, but she insists it’s the more thoughtful homemade presents she loves.

“Jay and I have decided not to go nuts with stuff for ourselves,” said the 33-year-old.

“Although Jay is so thoughtful and sweet and he always gets things that are personalised or mean something.

“The most romantic thing he’s ever given me was last Christmas – he made me a DVD of when I was pregnant, when Fifi was born and the first few years of her life with music and stuff, and he edited it all together with footage from our camcorder.

“Gifts like that are way nicer to me than, say, a handbag.”

And definitely easier to wrap up than a unicorn…
