Tamzin Outhwaite has revealed that her “incredible” mother has died, in a touching social media post.
The EastEnders actress, 47, posted two photographs on Instagram saying that her mum died three weeks ago.
“R.I.P Anna Patricia Santi,” she captioned the image of her mother.
“So lucky to have you as my mum. What an incredible human you were.
“Thank you, Mum. You taught me how to live and you continue to teach me…”
Tamzin also shared a picture of her siblings as children.
“These two beauties @jakeycakeyy@keswicko and I lost our beautiful mum 3 weeks ago today, suddenly,” [sic] wrote the actress.
“THE best mum ever.”

The actress, who has two daughters, recently returned to her role as Mel in the BBC soap.
She previously played the character from 1998 to 2002.
