She is celebrating her first birthday as a fully paid-up member of the Royal family, and her new rellies didn’t let the day pass by without mention!

Underneath a picture of Meghan and the Queen – taken in Cheshire when the new Royal attended her first official engagement with HRH, the caption read:
Happy Birthday to HRH The Duchess of Sussex! followed by a HappyBirthdayHRH hashtag.
Clarence House – the residence of Prince Charles and Camilla, didn’t bother with hashtags on their ‘Wishing HRH The Duchess of Sussex a very Happy Birthday’ message, but instead added in a birthday cake emoji – who knew Charles and Camilla were so handy on social media?
Kensington Palace later tweeted their thanks for all the messages for Meghan, writing: ‘Thank you everyone for your lovely messages on The Duchess of Sussex’s birthday!’ along with the happybirthdayHRH hashtag.
How close an eye Meghan was keeping on Twitter today though is not known, as she and Harry were tied up with another celebration – the wedding Harry’s pal, Charlie Van Straubenzee, who was tying the knot with London-based videomaker Daisy Jenks.
Meghan wowed onlookers as she swept into the wedding in dark glasses and a striking black, green, pink, and white sleeveless shirt-style dress from Club Monaco, along with a small black hat from milliner Philip Treacy. Her frock featured a buttoned down bodice, cinched in waist and a flowing skirt.

She was photographed smiling broadly at well-wishers on the way into the church, as she held Harry’s hand.
And let’s face it – who wouldn’t have a Cheshire cat grin on when getting to have a massive old knees up on your birthday that you haven’t had to organise or pay for? Birthday-weddings are the way forward!
Happy birthday, Meghan!
