Theresa May’s people ‘looking into’ her becoming a Loose Women host

New job for Theresa?

Theresa May has had the day from hell, resigning from her post as Prime Minister.

But it’s not all bad news.

Set to leave Number 10 on June 7, she already she has a job offer.

Never one to miss a trick, those cheeky lot at Loose Women have made an official request for Theresa to become a part of the team.

Speaking on today’s show (Friday May 24), host Andrea McLean addressed the panel, which included Kaye Adams, Nadia Sawalha and Brenda Edwards.

“So I’ve had a few thoughts on this after the resignation was made,” she said.

“I had a little word with the team and we’ve put an official bid in for Theresa May to become a Loose Woman.”

With the studio audience cheering, she went onto say, “We have, we have!”

Andrea continued: “She’s got free time. I’ve worked on this show for a long time and I know the type of topics we can discuss.”

“Have you ever been stabbed in the back by your colleagues? Have you felt that you’ve carried on in a relationship longer than maybe you should’ve done? Free time… y’know, what to do with it?”

Andrea went onto reveal that the team had received a response, saying that, “an official representative said that they will look into it.”

The Prime Minister resigned today in an emotional statement outside Number 10.

She declared “deep regret” at being unable to deliver Brexit, as she leaves the job “she loves”.

She began to tear up during her closing statements, saying: “I will shortly leave the  job it has been the honour of my life to hold.”
