Fans were left devastated after Olly Murs announced his concerts in Exeter and Bournemouth had to be cancelled due to reasons “out of his control”.
The singer was set to perform at the Powderham Castle on 29 July and a gig in Bournemouth at King’s Park on August 5 but these were both called off by organisers.
Fans are now raging after the company revealed they aren’t able to offer refunds at the moment.

Olly wrote to his seven million Twitter followers: “I’m so gutted for my fans in Exeter & Bournemouth. Although it’s out of my control I’m still so sorry & hope I can get to see you all soon!”
Alongside the caption was a photo of the letter he received from the organisers.
It read: “We are sorry to inform you that the company Stephen C Associates Limited has ceased to trade. It is insolvent and is expected to go into liquidation shortly.
“The shows affected include the Olly Murs concerts which will now NOT take place.
“Fans will be contacted directly by the ticket agency they purchased tickets through.”
But fans were not happy. One tweeted: “Olly as a fan I am devastated. I work hard for my money and to pay extra to see you I was so happy. Now no refunds, its disgusting.
“Its not your fault at all, but maybe do a free concert for us all?! A lot of upset fans here!”
Another added: “£479 paid for 2 VIP tickets allegedly I can get back from credit card company but completely ruined wife’s special birthday!! Thanks Olly!!”
A third ranted: “We are beyond gutted and fuming! No refunds on tickets and being notified via Facebook! Not good at all! Not having a go at you though!”
“I know its not your fault, but something needs to be done. I’ve paid to see you and now we’re not even doing that or getting our money back,” another vented.

“£193 out of pocket. 3 gold circle tickets! A wife and daughter devastated and don’t know if we’ll get a refund. Please do something Olly,” one user tweeted.
Following the announcement the Earl and Countesss of Devon, Charlie and AJ Courtenay, have reached out to the thousands of fans who were set to attend the gig at Powderham Castle.
They said: “The events were fully prepared and due to be well attended… but of course it is the ticket holders and Powderham’s community who will be most let down.
“We are so sorry for all those who booked tickets and were looking forward to a great night.
“While we cannot hope to make up for the disappointment of missing these shows, we are looking at ways to make a gesture for those who have bought tickets.
“We are considering various options to see what Powderham can do to for this enthusiastic audience. We will keep you posted. Please keep an eye on our website for any announcements.”
Olly’s summer tour started earlier this month and is set to go on until the end of August.
