James ‘Arg’ Argent, star of TOWIE, recently made a shock announcement that he was planning to go under the knife and get a nose job.
It was only last week that he revealed he had always been self-conscious about his nose and said he felt his “nostrils are huge.” He has already had his nose job and has just released the first picture since the procedure was done.
He is seen bandaged up, and he will be for a little while so that the nose can start to heal, but he seems in good spirits. He took the picture whilst led in bed, and he posted it to his Instagram Stories.

Arg revealed all about his insecurities to The Sun and the reasons behind his decision to go under the knife.
He said: “At school my nickname was always ‘Nostrils’ because my nostrils are huge – I’ve literally never seen anyone with bigger nostrils than me!
“I’ve always known I’ve had a big nose, but where I’ve been so up and down with my weight for so many years, my nose didn’t stand out as much.
“But now I’ve lost four stone my features show a lot more and I’ve got this large bump and nostrils that are even more prominent.”
He said he would probably feel “more attractive” with his new nose and that he hopes it will help him “meet more women”.
He continued: “I think if I have the bump removed and the nostrils made smaller it will make me feel a lot more confident and be another step into helping me better myself since leaving rehab – and I’m not gonna lie, better looking and more attractive.
“I want to feel better when I take selfies as there are some I don’t upload because I’m unhappy with my nose, and yeah of course it would be great if it helped meet more women too!
“I spent three months doing Celebs Go Dating and my confidence with women is really improving, so if I can change this part of me that I don’t feel confident about I think that will make dating a lot easier.”
He added: “I’m so proud of the weight I’ve lost and I’ve got a bit more to go and some toning up to do, but I’ve completely turned my life around this year, and I feel this will just help to complete the better version of me.”

But Arg fans needn’t worry about him changing anything else about his body because he admitted he won’t have anymore procedures done. He said: “I don’t want to look like a Ken Doll.”
Arg starred in the first episode of Celebs Go Dating on Channel 4 which aired last night, and the show will document a group of celebrities trying to find love.
