James Argent – AKA TOWIE star Arg – has headed back to Thailand in an attempt to lose a final few pounds before filming for ITVBe reality TV show The Full Monty.
The reality TV star has signed up to take part in the second series of ITV show The Full Monty, which sees male celebrities getting naked on live TV.
Last year’s ITV special, hosted by Pointless host Alexander Armstrong, was one of 2017’s surprise TV successes and raised awareness for prostate cancer.

The one-off show saw Diversity front man, Ashley Banjo teach the infamous Full Monty dance routine to celebs including Emmerdale hunk Matthew Wolfenden and Strictly Come Dancing and McFly’s Harry Judd.
The Sun has revealed that filming for the show starts as soon as Arg gets home from his break in Thailand – and that he’s determined to be in the best shape he can be for the show.
A source reportedly told the publication: “Arg has become increasingly body confident after revamping his lifestyle last year. He won’t have any qualms about stripping off.
“He was so touched by last year’s show and couldn’t wait to get involved.”
He will be joined by Jeff Brazier and former footballer John Hartson.
Former EastEnders star John Partridge will also be taking part, as will The Wanted star Tom Parker.
Arg spent three months in Thailand last year in a rehab clinic where he reportedly turned his life around.
He has told fans he’s headed back to the country for a well-earned break and to lose some final weight.
He wrote on Instagram: “1 year on… back in my favourite place for a bit of me time before filming kicks off again in a few weeks.
