TOWIE star Yazmin Oukhellou has undergone a secret nose job after a deviated septum and broken nose left her unable to breathe properly.
The 23-year-old confirmed her surgery via Instagram after she was seen leaving a Turkish clinic last month with her nose heavily bandaged.
Alongside a photo of herself lying in bed and flaunting her new nose, the star said: “So the cat is finally out of the bag. I can confirm that I had a rhinoplasty.
“It has only been two weeks and I can already see the results are going to be amazing.”

Yazmin, who is dating her TOWIE co-star James ‘Lockie’ Lock, explained that she chose to have the surgery to correct problems with her breathing and a “small bump” on her nose.
“I had a previous broken nose and deviated septum so surgery was the only option for me,” she said.
“I am so glad I did it as I was nervous at first, but so happy that I can now breathe properly and that the small bump has gone.”
The brunette went on to insist that she’d never encourage anyone to follow in her footsteps and have surgery, but equally she would never tell anyone they shouldn’t have a procedure done if they’ve thought carefully about it.
“As I have stated before in previous posts I am NOT telling people to run out and have cosmetic surgery due to vanity,” she said.
“I am saying that if you want to get surgery, have been thinking about it for a long time and, like me, I had no other option, then people should feel comfortable to and feel they won’t be judged.
“This is the reason I have decided to be so open about it and not lie like others have, as it’s my body and my choice and people need to stop judging others’ choices, shaming bodies and appearances and just get on doing you.”
Yazmin isn’t the first The Only Way Is Essex star to have a nose job.
Former show regulars Mario Falcone and Ferne McCann have both gone under the knife in the past.
Mario, 29, chose to have the surgery after breaking his nose as an 11-year-old and then suffering cruel comments later in life about its size.
“I became so insecure about it I turned down modelling shoots, and wouldn’t even pose for my own clothing range.
“I was unhappy and depressed,” he told The Sun.
Ferne, meanwhile, who is currently pregnant with her first child, had a secret nose job last year, and unveiled the results live on This Morning.
The 26-year-old said she had the surgery to boost her confidence as she’d always been unhappy about a small bump at the top of her nose, and nasty remarks from Twitter trolls would upset her.

She later told OK! magazine: “I’m a big advocate of being comfortable in your own skin and that hasn’t changed. I believe that confidence is beautiful but I couldn’t feel truly confident until I changed the one thing about me that made me insecure.”
