TV and radio star Vanessa Feltz shared a worrying health update on Monday (September 16) from her hospital bed after suffering from terrible pain.
In an Instagram video upload, a “shocked” Vanessa appeared emotional and teary as she was dripped up on the machine.

“Good morning from hospital, bit of a surprise, yesterday I was absolutely fine, completely fine and I had the [grandchildren] over for lunch and I was completely fine,” she started to explain.
“There was nothing wrong with me at all and then suddenly I got this pain and it was just absolutely extraordinary I’ve never had anything like it and I’ve given birth to two children naturally and never had any pain like that in my life,” Vanessa continued.
“I was in agony I couldn’t sit down, I couldn’t lie down, I didn’t know what to do, it was absolutely astounding.”
Vanessa revealed in her caption that after playing with her grandchildren, she found herself in “agony” around 3pm.
“Scan showed big kidney stone. OMG! Astoundingly painful. Rushed into theatre. Very grateful thanks to my daughters nurses porters anaesthetist and wonderful surgeon. Thank you so much,” she wrote.

Following the health update, Vanessa received many well wishes in the comments section.
