Victoria Beckham is said to be delighted by the news that her eldest son, Brooklyn, is set to leave his university in New York to pick up an internship back home in London, where the family are based.
The 19-year-old is currently studying photography at the prestigious Parsons School of Design, but according to The Mirror, sources say Brooklyn has become too home sick, and has been offered an opportunity that gives him the best of both worlds.

The source said: “He adores his family. In the end it was the lure to come back to them all that swung it – and the prospect of a terrific internship.”
The opportunity is said to be an internship with a top UK based photographer, whose name has been kept under wraps.
They described Victoria as being ‘delighted’ by the news, adding: “Victoria couldn’t contain herself when it was all coming to plan – to have Brooklyn back under the same roof is a dream come true for her.”
Brooklyn made the move to NYC last August, with the help of his parents, to commence his four-year course in September.
But just ten months in, the keen photographer is having doubts about his huge move Stateside.
“It sounds as if he was truly homesick, and feeling lonely out there,” the insider added.
Although Victoria and David made regular trips to see Brooklyn, he hasn’t seen his three siblings – brothers Romeo and Cruz, and little sister Harper – as regularly as he would like.
This, on top of his April split from long-term girlfriend, actress Chloe Moretz, has undoubtedly added to his sense of isolation.

Brooklyn was already back at home last weekend, as he attended Wireless Festival in London, alongside new girlfriend, dancer and You Tube star, Lexy Panterra, but it’s not been confirmed as to whether he has already made the move.
Although Victoria is yet to make any announcement or hint of the good news, the fashion designer dropped a heavy hint that Brooklyn maybe ready for the world of work last month, when she invited him to accompany her to Paris Men’s Fashion Week.
Victoria will also be happy to have Brooklyn back home as husband David is due to spend a lot of time in the States this year, as he launches his new Major League soccer team in Miami.
