In the letter, Harper described her footballer dad as being “kind and helpful” and thanked him for helping her “snowboard and do tricks,” and “paint pretty pictures.”
Illustrated with rainbows and love hearts, the letter continued: “Thank you for all the fun we have together, for hugging me until I almost burst, for playing football with me.
“Thank you Daddy for making me laugh, for playing the hand wrestle game, for telling me funny jokes and for playing silly pranks on me.”
The little girl added: “Thank you Daddy for being you, for loving me with all your heart, for tickling me in bed and for taking care of me.”
Haprer concluded the touching letter: “Thank you Daddy for being the best ever. I love you Daddy and hope you have a special day. Harper xoxoxoxo.”
To mark the occasion on Sunday, proud mum Victoria gushed over David calling him “truly the best daddy.”
Alongside a photo of David with sons Romeo, 15, and Cruz, 13, and daughter Harper, Victoria wrote on Instagram: “I think they love him. Truly the best daddy @davidbeckham.”
She also said she’s missing their oldest son Brooklyn, 19, who is currently studying at college more than 3,000 miles away in New York.
Despite missing out on the celebrations, Brooklyn took to Instagram to pay tribute to his football legend dad.
Alongside a photo of David and Victoria sharing a cuddle, Brooklyn wrote: “Happy Father’s Day to the best dad in the world. Love you so much.”
David’s two youngest sons, Romeo and Cruz, also took to social media to wish him a happy Father’s Day.
Romeo called David “the best in the world,” while Cruz thanked his dad for everything he’s done.
Meanwhile, David paid tribute to his own dad while gushing about being a dad himself.
Alongside a series of photos of himself with his dad, David wrote: “Happy Father’s Day dad and to all the fathers out there.
“Being a parent is the most special and the most rewarding role you could ever have, so cherish every single moment.”
