Seven months after splitting from her husband, Strictly Come Dancing contestant Victoria Pendleton is getting back out there.
In fact, a new report claims the former Olympic gold medal-winning cyclist is not just tipping her toes in the world of dating – she’s doing it on notorious swiping app, Tinder!
An insider says Victoria – who was married to sports scientist Scott Gardner for five years from 2013 – has a profile with several pictures showing herself drinking champagne, wearing a towel and reading a copy of the Racing Post.
A source reportedly told The Mirror that it was “just a bit of fun”.
Fans of the 38-year-old were delighted to hear she was swiping, with one commenting: “I need to get on Tinder, she is lovely.”
A second fan wrote: “**Rushing to get back on Tinder and drive round the country till I’m within her vicinity.” While another added: “I think she is lovely looking.”
Earlier this month, Victoria revealed that she’d reached a place of self acceptance after a difficult period.
She wrote on Instagram: “I have always struggled to work out where I belong, which box I should fit in. I’ve been described as difficult to define.
“I like mud and I also like make-up, I like army boots and formal dresses, I like hard work, blood, sweat and tears and I also like puppies and scented candles. It’s taken me a long time to accept it’s OK to just be me.”

It follows last July’s news that Victoria and her husband were separating.
In a post on Twitter, she wrote: “After 10 years together I am very sad to say that Scott and I have grown apart.
“Despite our best efforts in trying to make our marriage work, we have come to the decision to go our separate ways. It has been an extremely difficult time and a tough decision to make.
“We want to look ahead to the future and stay positive. We would both gratefully appreciate our privacy being respected as we navigate what is a deeply personal time for us.”
The couple were in a relationship during the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, while Scott was a member of Team GB’s cycling coaching team.
Victoria, who won gold in the women’s sprint final at the event, later said in an interview with BBC Sport their relationship caused friction between her and her team-mates.
