Some Saturday Night Takeaway viewers have been left scratching their heads over the identity of this week’s Special Guest Announcer.
The programme has confirmed Hollywood actress Denise Richards will take on the role for the series finale in Florida.
But not everybody seems to know who she is…
After the show confirmed Denise’s involvement on Wednesday, some viewers were quick to admit they weren’t familiar with Denise’s work.

One tweeted: “I am sure you are a very nice and talented lady but with much respect may I ask who you are and where I may know you from? I was under the impression that the Guest Announcer was usually someone famous.”
Another said: “Who on Earth is she? Never heard of her before.”
And a third added: “Sorry, but though her name is familiar, I couldn’t name one film or show she has been in.”
Many others felt the same, saying they simply don’t know who Denise is!
However, many others rushed to share their excitement over Denise being on Saturday Night Takeaway – and explain just who she is for those who didn’t know!
Denise, 47, has appeared in a string of movies and TV shows, including playing Bond Girl Dr Christmas Jones in James Bond’s The World Is Not Enough.
She also played Monica and Ross’ cousin Cassie in Friends.
Well, that seemed to work as one person who didn’t know who Denise was earlier, then tweeted to say: “Relax, I now know who you are! Good luck.”
Denise’s film CV includes Starship Troopers, Wild Things, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Scary Movie 3 and Love Actually, where she made a brief cameo at the very end. She had her own reality show, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated.
The star was previously married to Charlie Sheen, with whom she shares two daughters: Sam, 14, and Lola, 12.
She is also mum to daughter Eloise, six.
Denise isn’t the only special guest joining Dec Donnelly this weekend.
Craig David will serve as resident DJ while popstar Jason Derulo will perform the End of the Show Show.
Once again, Dec will host solo, while telly partner Ant McPartlin steps down from current TV commitments.
Dec will have support from Saturday Night Takeaway regulars Scarlett Moffatt and Stephen Mulhern, who are both over in Florida with him.
The Rembrandts – famous for the Friends theme song – will perform in Singalong Live, while Stephen will host a special US version of In For A Penny.
The final episode of mini sketch series Saturday Knight Takeaway will also air, along with the regular ‘Win The Ads’ competition.
Although Ant won’t host the show with Dec, he will be seen in the pre-recorded sketch.
Ant stepped down from current TV work and returned to treatment after a drink-driving charge in March.
Earlier this week, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway was nominated for a TV BAFTA.
