Model and reality star Vogue Williams has hit back after skinny-shamers told her she is ‘too thin’.
The outraged mum-of-one spoke out to defend herself after the unkind comments about her weight.
Taking to Instagram, the 33-year-old revealed the message that a troll had sent, telling her she looks too small.
Vogue, who had her son Theodore last September, retorted: “I can’t tell you how annoying these messages are.”
She then called out her body-shamer by posting their message for all to see.
The star, who is married to Made In Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews, went on to explain that she weighs 64kgs, a medically healthy weight for her 5ft 11in frame.
She revealed she had proof as she checked her BMI on the NHS website.
Vogue shared a screenshot of the chart, which showed she had a BMI of 19.7, which was deemed “a healthy weight” for her size.
“There you go, I’m in the very healthy range of BMI for my weight and height,” she told her haters.

Vogue also pointed out that she leads a very healthy lifestyle. She said she regularly works out and eats well “80 per cent of the time.”
The star said she is only 4kgs lighter than she was before she had her son.

Vogue also begged the trolls to stop sending her messages about her weight.
She penned a message on Instagram Stories, which said: “I keep getting messages like that. It’s starting to get annoying especially because I want to show a healthy lifestyle. I’m 64kgs and 5’11. That is 4kgs lighter than I used to sit before I had Theodore. I can’t explain why but that’s where my weight comfortably sits.”
She added: “I train four times a week and try to eat healthily 80% of the time. Please don’t send messages about my weight anymore!”
