Sir Tom Jones has only been back in his spinning chair for a few weeks and already he’s thinking about leaving the Voice – if reports today are to be believed.
No, not because he is bored of hearing people singing for their supper, but because he is exhausted from the process.
Er… And the schedule came as a surprise, Sir Tom?

As we all know, he was controversially ditched from the last series on the Beeb but was sensationally brought back to the show when it moved to ITV.
The singer was said to be furious that the producers had ditched him for Boy George without any warning.
Speaking to the Radio Times back in January, he said he “never got to the bottom of who made the decision”.
“When I used to work in factories or on a building site, you’d get a week’s notice at least,” he grumbled.
“You don’t make a decision like that overnight. The decision was made earlier but they just didn’t let me know.”
When Tom returned to the show he told press that he was “looking forward” to being back as coach and he “can’t wait” for the series.
But now, according to those sources who are always oh-so-reliable, Tom might not return to the next series as he’s found the process too “tiring”.
An unnamed gossip-monger told The Sun: “Tom has really loved being back on The Voice, and is having a great time working with the other judges and the entire team.
“They all get along famously behind the scenes, as well as on camera.

“But there’s no denying that filming show is very hard work, and takes up a huge amount of time and energy. Tom has really felt that this year.
“He has found it very tiring. And he has been overheard telling his team that he ‘already knows’ he won’t be back for the next series, because it takes too much out of him.
“But that decision will come as a massive blow to ITV, who would love to have him back.”
Tom’s management and ITV have – surprise surprise – denied these claims.
