Can you lend us a fiver, 'Chelle?

She’s always looked a million dollars but now ex-Corrie beauty Michelle Keegan is worth a million too.

The gorgeous lass quit the cobbles three years ago and the hard grafter’s firm Rosia Promotions Limited now has cash deposits of £1.2million.

She’s not stopping there and soon she’ll have made her second mill’.

Sounds like her old character Tina Macintyre died in Weatherfield and went to heaven.

She quit the show three years ago when she was on £60,000 a year.

The beloved beauty walked out on the show because ITV doesn’t allow stars to plug things like makeup and fashion ranges.

Since she left she’d raked in all sorts of contracts promoting all sorts, boosting her bank balance well beyond anything her Coronation Street takings.

A source said: “Michelle works incredibly hard and the rewards have come in for her.

“It was a massive decision for her to leave Britain’s most popular show but she knew that she could make far more cash away from the Street – and she has been proved correct.

“She had to turn down a number of lucrative deals while she was on Corrie because soap stars aren’t allowed to advertise.

“Now she is free to plug what she wants – and she is getting some good acting work, too.”

Let’s look at what Michelle, 30, is bringing in. She’s paid around a quarter of a million quid to promote the Lipsy clothing range, and she also pulls in £150k for Garnier’s Ambre Solaire self-tanning range.

She also produces her own calendar and makes personal appearances.

Add to all that her paid appearances in shoots for magazines and you have a very nice haul indeed for virtually no hard work.

But it’s not all come through promotions, Michelle is still a talented actress.

She played Tracy in Ordinary Lies of course, and Bobby Moore’s wife in the acclaimed drama Tina and Bobby..

But her biggest success came in the army series Our Girl where she won sparkling reviews.

Michelle recently jetted off to film scenes as army medic, Lance Corporal Georgie Lane for the third series in Nepal and South Africa.
