After wearing a gorgeous aqua shalwar kameez as she touched down in Pakistan to start the royal tour, the Duchess of Cambridge has proved she’s keen to be seen in green.
Donning head-to-toe sequins, Kate looked nothing less than spectacular as she headed to a glittering reception in a gorgeous emerald green Jenny Packham dress.
Her mode of transport to Pakistan’s National Monument was also pretty special too.

She and her husband Prince William arrived in an elaborately painted tuk tuk – complete with smiling driver.
Pulling up at the monument, William emerged from the back of the rickshaw first. He wore a traditional green sherwani buttoned coat by Karachi-based designer Naushemian.

A smiling Kate appeared next, walking into the reception alongside her husband.
Royal watchers were quick to comment on the couple’s arrival, with one Twitter user saying the pair were “dressed to perfection”.

The following morning, there were no signs of sore heads for the royal couple as they headed off on their next engagement.
This time they headed to north Pakistan via helicopter, disembarking in the Hindu Kush mountains in the foothills of the Himalayas.

Once again, Kate channelled her late mother-in-law, Diana, Princess of Wales.
She was pictured wearing the same Chitrali hat that William’s mother also wore during her trip to the country almost three decades ago.
The duchess was also given a shawl to wear, while William was handed an embroidered cloak, both of which were made locally.
The prince was also handed a poignant book commemorating Diana’s trip to the area in 1991.
Earlier on in the tour, William had opened up about his mother’s visits to Pakistan to local school children.
