Could The Duchess of Cambridge have, er, taken inspiration from Lorraine Kelly when it came to her hospital going home outfit?!
On Tuesday’s episode of the ITV show, fashion guru Mark Heyes couldn’t help pointing out the similarities between Kate’s chic red shift dress with a white collar by Jenny Packham and a frock Lorraine wore last week.
Um, except Lorraine’s dress was navy…
Undeterred by the different colours, he explained: “You wore a dress the other week and I think she saw this and decided to put in red for St. George’s Day and said, ‘I’ll be having some of that! Thank you Jenny Packham!'”

He joked: “I think you are the inspiration, without question.”
A laughing Lorraine simply replied: “I’ll take that. I think we’re stretching it a little bit but never mind!”
We think stretching it is a fair assumption!
Lorraine, meanwhile, heaped praise on The Duchess of Cambridge for looking so radiant just hours after giving birth.
Kate, 36, emerged from the Lindo Wing with husband Prince William, 35, just seven hours after welcoming their third child.
The royal couple posed with their newborn son for some pictures before going back inside, emerging shortly afterwards with the baby in a car seat to return to Kensington Palace.
“It was ridiculous!” said Lorraine. “She looked ridiculously beautiful and had high heels on!
“I know she has somebody doing her hair and stuff like that, but she looked so pulled together, it’s crazy.”
Mark agreed: “She looked amazing, wearing the most beautiful Jenny Packham dress. It was the third time she’s worn Jenny Packham for the leaving hospital pictures.
“It’s a beautiful photo, seeing both of them together. It’s wonderful to see that. It’s a gorgeous dress, she looks fabulous, and she had earrings borrowed from The Queen as well, diamonds.”
Lorraine then questioned whether the little boy would be at his uncle Prince Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle in May.
“To be honest, you don’t want a squawking baby,” she said. “With the best will in the world, even if you’re close relatives, it’s like, ‘really?'”
Kate was admitted to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London at around 6am on Monday.
Kensington Palace announced two hours later she was in the “early stages of labour”, before an announcement about the birth was made just after 1pm.
William was seen around 4.15pm leaving the hospital to drive back to Kensington Palace and collect son Prince George, four, and daughter Princess Charlotte, two.
The little kids were seen arriving back at the Lindo Wing with their dad to meet their newborn brother for the first time.

Kate and William then emerged themselves shortly afterwards, giving the world its first glimpse at the little boy, who is fifth in line to the throne.
A statement issued last night said: “Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank all staff at the hospital for the care and treatment they have received. They would also like to thank everyone for their warm wishes.”
