We’ve heard plenty from her dad, her nephew, and her sister – and now Meghan Markle’s brother has waded into the family feud.
The Duchess of Sussex’s half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr. has publicly invited his little sister to his March wedding, and begged Meghan to “bring our family closer together”.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Meghan’s big brother – who is marrying his fiancée, Darlene Blount in America – revealed that he’d sent an official wedding invitation to Meghan, 37, and her husband, Prince Harry.
Thomas, 52, confirmed he hoped “our wedding will bring the family closer together”.
He added: “It’s hopeful that if Meghan and Harry came and my father – Meghan and Harry could spend some time together with him and that would be good.”
The window-fitter continued: “Starting out the New Year by bringing our family closer together is definitely on the to-do list — it’s very important.”
He continued that his big day “would be a perfect time for Meg to get together with my dad… and just put all the past behind everybody and move on and be a closer family again. My dad would really enjoy that.”
Pregnant Meghan – whose baby is due in the spring – has been estranged from their 74-year-old dad, Thomas, since he worked with paps to set up pictures ahead of her May wedding to Harry.
He has since given many interviews to the press about his newly-royal daughter, even imploring the Queen to step in and heal the rift.

Comments piled in about the new interview, with most agreeing Meghan would not attend. One wrote: “Does this guy really think Meghan and Harry would even consider going to his wedding?? Lol! Just LOL!”
Another added: “I have more chance of Harry attending my wedding than yours mate.”
A third commented: “There’s a better chance of the Queen showing up than Sparkles & Harry.” While a fourth joked: “This family just keeps giving!!”
The news comes as the Suits actress and her husband’s new £2.5 million country estate was revealed.
The 18th century renovated farmhouse, in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, has four bedrooms with one converted into a dressing room, while an attached converted barn includes both an upper and lower kitchen, plus a sitting area with dramatic floor to ceiling windows.
