Mel B has confirmed that the Spice Girls will attend the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Appearing on US talk show The Real, she also sparked speculation that the recently reunited band will perform at the royal wedding in May.
When asked about a possible performance at the reception, Mel B threw papers she had been holding in the air and said: “I need to go, I’m going to get fired.”

Earlier in the interview, she was asked if she knows anybody who has been invited to the wedding, to which she nodded.
“I don’t know if I should have said that,” she said, before clarifying that “us five Spice Girls” have all received invites.

Asked what the invitation looked like by host Loni Love, Mel B – whose real name is Melanie Brown – said: “That’s getting too personal if I actually describe it.”
However, she did let slip that it came in a box before saying: “I’m not saying any more! I’ve said enough.”
Mel B recently met up with Victoria Beckham, Geri Horner, Emma Bunton and Melanie Chisholm for the first time since 2012.
They convened at Geri’s Hertfordshire home along with manager Simon Fuller, and later confirmed that they were exploring “some incredible new opportunities together” as a band
The group said in a statement: “We all agree that there are many exciting possibilities that will once again embrace the original essence of the Spice Girls, while reinforcing our message of female empowerment for future generations.”
Geri recently said during an appearance on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch that they are “talking about” their plans.
She said: “We want to do something for our fans and the new generation.
“We are putting all the possibilities out there so watch this space.”
So far there’s been no word from Prince Harry or Meghan Markle on whether the Spice Girls have actually been invited to their wedding or will perform.
They will wed on Saturday, May 19 at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

Others, however, aren’t as impressed.
Why on earth have the Spice Girls, that hugely hyped but vocally challenged, best forgotten group, been invited to the Royal wedding? So ridiculous.

Either way, the only ones who need to like it are Harry and Meghan, right? Their wedding, their rules!
