She recently headed back to work after maternity leave and now a parenting expert has some words of advice for new mum Meghan Markle.

She told Hello!: “It freaks me out. I’m making it up just as much as everyone else.”
Asked if she had any top tips for new mums like Meghan, Giovanna revealed she should listen to her “instincts”.
She said: “Stop comparing yourself to other people and what they’re doing – if they’re sleeping or using dummies, breastfeeding or not. Motherhood is not a competition.”
She added: “Listen to your instincts, your intuition, and work out what is right for you and your baby.”
Giovanna also admitted that, as a mum, you are always “learning and adapting”.
She said: “You are continually learning and adapting. Parenting is a lot of push and pull and you have to go with it.”
