The Queen deliberately chose not to have a picture of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on her table during her last Christmas speech, a new reveal-all book claims.
The new bombshell book ‘Battle of the Brothers’ alleges that Her Majesty and Prince Harry have barely spoken since he announced Megxit plans without speaking to her first.
Additionally, the book says the Queen took it as a huge sign of disrespect.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘betrayed’ The Queen
Battle of the Brothers has been written by royal insider Robert Lacey. The book also details how Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rushed to announce their plans on social media; leaving the royal family behind.

An excerpt of the book has been serialised in The Daily Mail. Within one key extract, it states: “The absence of a single Sussex from the 2019 assemblage of significant royal faces in the Queen’s Christmas broadcast appeared to reflect a deliberate decision on her part.
“She would be providing no brand endorsement opportunities this year for Sussex Royal.”
On the table during her 2019 speech, the other prominent members of the royal family could be seen.
Prince Harry and William are no longer close
The book also explores the alleged rift between Prince Harry and Prince William. Author Robert Lacey regards their apparent falling out as ‘a dangerous of the Abdication’ of Edward VIII.
The book also points the finger at Meghan Markle as the reason for the brothers falling out.
In an interview with the Mail Online, Robert claims that the feud is indeed quite bad. He said: “Actually it’s worse than anyone thinks.”
Additionally, he said: “If this breach between the brothers is not healed it will come to stand with the Abdication crisis and the death of Diana as one of the traumas that changed the monarchy.”

Rumours that the brothers are no longer close have been rife for a long time. Earlier this year, Harry spoke out on ITV’s Harry & Meghan: An African Journey.
Within the documentary, Harry told Tom Bradby that he and William had drifted apart.
Harry said: “Part of this role and part of this job and this family being under the pressure that it’s under… stuff happens.
“But look we’re brothers. We’ll always be brothers.
“We’re certainly on different paths at the moment but I will always be there for him and as I know he’ll always be there for me… We don’t see each other as much as we used to because we’re so busy but I love him dearly.”
