Kate Middleton and Prince William are said to have pulled out all the stops for a triple celebration recently.
The Princess, who has taken a step back from the limelight, has had a tough few months. First, there was the whole Mother’s Day photo editing scandal, and then in March, Kate bravely announced her cancer diagnosis to the world.
Kate is undergoing preventive chemotherapy after doctors discovered cancer had been present during major abdominal surgery earlier this year. It came weeks after King Charles had shared his own cancer diagnosis.
However, it’s now been claimed that Kate and her family recently took part in a triple celebration.
William and Kate anniversary
Both Kate and William have ticked off some major milestones in the past few weeks.
Daughter Princess Charlotte turned nine on May 2 – just days after her younger brother Prince Louis marked his sixth birthday. And a couple of weeks ago, the royal couple celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary on April 29.
And now, a source has shared how the family has been celebrating – which saw a “very special moment” for Kate take place.
An insider told Heat Magazine: “They held private celebrations all together at home, which was very special. Kate’s so proud of all of her kids and they all get along so well there’s always so much love, laughter and unity in the household.”
Kids ‘making a fuss’ of Kate
Since Kate shared her cancer diagnosis, the public have rallied around the royal. And recently, William issued an update on Kate’s health as she continues treatment for cancer. During a royal engagement, he was asked how his family were doing and William said: “All doing well, thank you. Yes, we’re doing well.”
What’s more, a source has also claimed how Kate’s children, Charlotte, Louis and George have all “made a fuss” of the royal recently.
“They were already exceptionally close, but since her health scare, they’ve really rallied They’re making more of a fuss of her and keeping the mood at home as light as possible,” the source added to the publication.

And it’s not just Kate’s children who are making a fuss of her. Apparently, William has been on hand to “pamper” her, especially as they celebrated a milestone wedding anniversary.
The Prince and Princess of Wales married at Westminster Abbey on April 29, 2011. This year, to mark the pair’s anniversary, they posted a previously unseen wedding picture on social media.
What’s more, to celebrate their special day, a source has claimed how: “William cooked her beautiful dinner and they exchanged gifts.” The insider added: “The whole weekend before, William was pampering Kate and they loved putting out that beautiful image from their wedding.”
