Sally and husband Tim met Duncan back in June last year when Rosie Webster stopped his daughter Olivia from being jailed.
He told Sally about how he lost his wife May after she suffered a stroke and wanted help in applying to the council for it’s charitable causes fund as he’d like to help other stroke victims and their families.

However once the money had transferred it turned out Duncan was a conman and he went on to frame Sally, saying she coerced him to steal the money and that the two were having an affair.
Sally was found guilty of fraud, money laundering and bribery and sentenced to four years in prison.
It’s fair to say she hasn’t had an easy time in prison and it’s revealed to get worse when cellmate Marcia attacks her.
Sally has been struggling in the tough environment, but now it appears Duncan could be in big trouble as the Coronation Street website has confirmed his wife May is very much alive.
