Tonight, (November 20) the fan favourite is diagnosed with pneumonia after being rushed to hospital.
It’s been a trying time for the Barlow family, following Sinead’s tragic death… And it looks like the stressful months have finally taken their toll on Ken.
Ken really DOESN’T sound at all good, does he? He’s NOT actually going to die too, is he?
At 80 years old, pneumonia can be potentially fatal – and fans have expressed their concern for him on Twitter.

“Ken… Dead by Christmas or the New Year?” worried one more, while another said: “We’re not building up to Ken in a coma at Christmas are we? #Corrie.”
Fans shouldn’t fret, however, as it looks like he’s going to pull through.
Speaking to The Sunday Post, actor William Roache – who is 87 in real life – said he has no plans to retire any time soon.
He said: “I have no plans to retire or do anything revolutionary.
“I like being Ken Barlow, I like being a part of the Coronation Street family and success story so I have no plans to call it a day.”
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
