Coronation Street fans can’t quite believe the shocking makeover the Rovers Return has had.
New landlords Johnny Connor and Jenny Bradley decided to give the Weatherfield institution a dramatic new look.
For weeks they had been dropping hints about their plans for the nation’s most beloved boozer.
Everything from turning it into a Gastropub and banning Betty’s hotpot, to adding a Z at the end and making it into a wine bar, had been mulled.
And in last night’s episodes, everything was finally revealed and all was not as it seemed.
