A first look at the dramatic scene has been revealed on the soap’s website.

“I promise, I’m not here to cause trouble,” Jim says as the drama kicks off.

But once Peter spots him that all changes as he lunges at him.

Peter growls: “What’s he doing here?

“He tried to kill me, he’ll hardly be able to breathe when I’m done with him.”

It takes the combined efforts of Ali, Dev and Kirk to stop Peter from getting to Jim, while Liz demands they stop and Moira watches on intrigued.

The return of actor actor Charlie Lawson has been one of the most talked about Corrie comebacks ever.

However, even his return has been overshadowed by who he will be bringing back with him.

It was recently revealed that he would be coming back to the cobbles with daughter Katie, who he shares with Liz McDonald.

Long-time Corrie fans will remember that Katie tragically died after being born prematurely.

However, it was recently reported that Katie somehow survived when a hospital mix-up confused her with another baby, in a cruel twist that is set to turn Liz’s entire world upside down.

She later moved to Australia before discovering that her parents weren’t biologically related to her.

Australian actress Hannah Ellis Ryan has been cast as the role of Katie, though she will now share the same name as the actress playing her, Hannah.

It was recently revealed that Hannah tracked Jim down through his old army records to discover her real parents.

It has been reported that Jim is going to be making his big return to the Street with Hannah in tow, but there have been recent paparazzi pictures taken that show Charles Lawson and Beverley Callard filming as Jim and Liz, standing beside a grave.

It is likely that the grave belongs to their not dead daughter, and pictures show an emotional Liz with her arm around her ex, clearly comforting him.

But as the pair reminisce about the past, it looks like Hannah’s arrival is going to be a monumental moment for them both, especially if Jim knows about Hannah surviving all those years ago and is hiding the huge secret that she’s actually alive and well.

Could this latest bombshell bring them closer together again, or tear them apart for good?
