Coronation Street have revealed who sets fire to Peter Barlow’s boat, according to The Sun, and it’s quite a shock…
Roy Cropper is said to be the culprit, but all is not as it seems.
The fire was confirmed last year when it was revealed Peter’s boat will be set alight and both he and son Simon Barlow will be left fighting for their lives.

Rumours have been flying round that the blaze will be the work of the new Corrie super-villain, Nick Tilsley.
But now it seems poor old Roy will find himself in terrible trouble – but not intentionally.
Before we all start to panic that Roy’s going to turn evil, it looks like he doesn’t even know he’s done it.
The newspaper reports that Roy will begin sleepwalking due to stress after the death of his mother, Sylvia.
A source said: “One night he knocks over a paraffin lamp, which starts the blaze.
“He is clueless as to what he’s done but Carla Connor, who sees it all on CCTV footage at Underworld, finds out and tries to cover his tracks by erasing the tapes.”
She reportedly also burns the jacket Roy was wearing and even allows someone else to take the blame for it.
However, ever the moral man, when Roy discovers what has happened he will hand himself into the police and take whatever punishment he is given.
But with Peter’s dreams of sailing the world up in smoke and his son’s life on the line, will Peter be quite so forgiving?
And does Carla’s cover-up spell the end of any reconciliation hopes we had for her and Peter?
