Coronation Street’s Sally Metcalfe is going to lose her house.
The cobbles favourite is locked up in Weatherfield prison for defrauding the council of £40,000.
And while viewers know Sally’s innocent, the courts do not.
They revoked her bail and held her in prison until her trial after she stole the list of witnesses from Imran Habeeb.
Sally phoning one of them landed her in prison for trying to tamper with a witness.

And viewers have watched as Sally has been terrorised by her cellmate and left in fear for her life.
She was brutally beaten up after bragging about how well-to-do she is because of her former position.
And things are about to take an even worse turn for Sally who has rarely been seen since she was jailed.
The Sun Online reports the former Mayor will lose her house in a dramatic development that will leave her utterly devastated.
It has been reported that Sally’s husband Tim will be forced to put the house up for sale to pay the council back the missing money.
A source told the publication: “Sally’s barely coping behind bars as it is and the thought of going home is the only thing that’s keeping her going.

“Losing her house and her beloved kitchen will be a blow she will struggle to cope with as she’s left to rot in prison.”
The news could also mean that Sally is found guilty in her fraud trial, ensuring she will stay in prison for the foreseeable future.
But with the machinist already struggling to cope, how will she find a way to go on if she is sent to prison for good for something she hasn’t done?
