Viewers will know that Duncan lied that May had died, before claiming he needed money to set up a charity in her memory… the money that he then fleeced from mayor Sally.
But it has recently been revealed that May is in fact alive and well – and that Duncan has been lying all along.
Tim and Sophie’s plan to get Sally out of prison seems to be working when they get May in the car after Sophie lies she is Duncan’s neighbour.
Under the pretence of driving her to the new hospital her husband is being transferred to, Sophie takes a photo and sends it to Tim so he can use it to blackmail Duncan.
But unfortunately May manages to escape the car and does a runner… only for Gina to track her down.
Gina begs May to come forward, but it seems it might be too little too late when Sally is brutally attacked in prison.
While her family is fighting for her freedom, Sally’s horrified when she finds prison bully Marcia in her cell.
