In an effort to mask her true feelings for him, Gina’s been going on various dates. However one turns particularly nasty when he asks her to meet on the other side of town.
Not suspecting anything is amiss, Gina heads off to meet the guy who she’s been chatting to online. Once there, though, he makes it very clear he’s after one thing.
Making her getaway, Gina knees him in the groin and runs off. And who does she call for help? Tim of course.
Playing the knight-in-shining-armour (even if he doesn’t realise it) Tim jumps in his cab and rushes to her aid.
He screeches to a halt as he finds her on the street, where she apologises for calling him.
Explaining she thought her date was following her and she was scared, Gina reveals the guy’s nowhere to be seen and she’s actually fine.
But that’s not going to help Tim when the police turn up.
The cops want to know what’s going on and as Tim tries to explain the situation, the officer smells alcohol on Tim’s breath and he’s promptly arrested.
Thrown in the cells, it means both Tim and Gina almost miss the start of Sally’s trial.
As she prepares to head to court, the former councillor is hurt that neither her husband nor her sister are there to support her.
They turn up in the nick of time, but will they confess the truth to Sally about where they’ve been?
And if Tim’s facing a drink-driving charge, will that hinder Sally’s case?
Later in the week, Gina is determined to help her sister, so meets Duncan again. However, it backfires for Sal when Gina starts to believe Duncan’s lies.
