1. Curtis’s big lie exposed!
Emma is babysitting Hope and Ruby when Ruby swallows one of Curtis’s pills.
Emma rushes her to the hospital and explains the little girl has taken tablets meant for someone with a terminal heart condition.
However, Emma is shocked when the doctor tells her they were only vitamins.
Telling Tyrone it was a false alarm, Emma heads off to get to the bottom of what’s going on.
A shell-shocked Emma doesn’t understand and confronts Curtis when he returns home.
She presents him with the pill box and wants an explanation, but what will he tell her?
The next day, Emma’s still trying to get to the bottom of everything and calls Neville.
As Emma demands answers, will Neville reveal all? Or will Curtis finally come clean?
2. Will Emma forgive Curtis?
After Curtis finally admits he’s not dying, he explains he first faked illness after his parents divorce and enjoyed the attention.
Emma asserts she’ll never be able to trust him again.
However, as she tries to share the news with Steve, he tells her about the £4k Curtis raised for Oliver’s fund.
Will the news give Emma a change of heart?
Emma later accompanies Curtis to his appointment with a psychologist.
She is overwhelmed to hear he’s spent years convincing people he’s dying.
But when he begs her to reconsider and go ahead with their wedding, will Emma go through with it?
3. Curtis cons Steve again?
Unaware of the truth, drunk Steve hands Curtis his bank card and pin asking him to transfer £100k to Oliver’s charity account.
But can Curtis really be trusted or will he con again?
4. Adam’s past comes back to haunt him
Sarah meets up with new friend Lydia and her son, Finn.
Adam approaches and Sarah introduces them.
Lydia pales to see Adam and it’s clear they have a relationship history.
She soon makes her excuses and leaves.
Sarah isn’t impressed and quizzes Adam on their relationship.
She’s left even more unhappy when Adam says it was years ago and he can barely remember Lydia. Is there more to it?
5. Summer on the edge?
Summer tries to apologise to Daniel, but she’s shocked when he tells her he’s not allowed to speak to her.
Billy attempts to cheer her up by taking her to the Bistro.
But struggling with her body image, Summer feels awful when she eats a burger.
6. Zeedan’s wife arrives
Zeedan is redecorating Speed Daal, but he’s shocked by the arrival of his ex-wife.
Zeedan convinces Marrium her dad started the fire as an act of revenge.
He’s left stunned as Marrium asks for his help.
What does she need from him? And will they grow closer as they work together?
7. Audrey admits defeat
Audrey has another car accident, but still refuses to get an eye test.
However, Gail is relieved when she finally agrees to have one, but reveals she’s scared of losing her independence.
8. Maria takes on Sally
Sally agrees to lend her support to a housing development on the Red Rec, angering Maria.
Maria withdraws her support from Sally and decides to run herself.
Maria then humiliates Sally at her Q&A by bringing up her prison stretch when Sally was mayor.
Will Sally hit back? Or has Maria won this one?
