Coronation Street spoilers reveal Oliver Battersby is put on life support. But will he manage to pull through?
In next week’s Corrie, as Nick, Leanne and Steve make preparations for their holiday in Cornwall, they’re interrupted by the sound of Oliver’s seizure alarm going off.
They take Oliver to hospital and as Steve and Nick are waiting in the corridor, they’re taken aback when Nick’s ex-girlfriend Natasha Blakeman approaches.
When Nick reveals he’s there for his stepson, Natasha tells him she’s there for a dermatology appointment.

Coronation Street: Oliver is put on life support
Later the doctor breaks the news to Nick, Leanne and Steve that Oliver has been moved to intensive care and has been put on life support.

Leanne is adamant that her little boy will pull through but Nick and Steve don’t share her optimism. Will Oliver be okay?
Oliver’s condition
Earlier this year, Oliver began having seizures and he was later diagnosed with an incurable form of mitochondrial disease.
The news left Leanne heartbroken as she realised the condition means her son will have a shorter life.
Natasha’s return
As well as dealing with Oliver’s diagnosis, it seems things could get difficult for Nick and Leanne when Natasha returns.
Earlier this year it was revealed Nick’s former flame would be back after 10 years away.
Long-term fans of the show will know Nick and Natasha dated in 2010 but after they split Natasha found out she was pregnant.

Nick refused to take her back and Natasha decided to terminate her pregnancy. But eventually Nick came around to the idea of being a dad and she took him back.
She kept the abortion a secret until Nick’s mum Gail found out and told her son.
Nick left Natasha once again and, broken-hearted, she took an overdose but Nick found her. Not long later she left Weatherfield in a cab.
What does her return mean for Nick and Leanne?
Coronation Street airs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.30pm on ITV. Friday 11th September will be an hour long episode.
