Coronation Street star Daniel Brocklebank has the best way of dealing with trolls.
The actor plays vicar Billy Mathew in the ITV soap and so gets his share of fan tweets.
But he has a brilliant skill with the negative abuse he sees about himself on Twitter.
One troll wrote, writing: “Billy is a [expletive] actor and a totally unbelievable vicar, tight trousers and rolled up sleeves, get rid…”
And instead of ignoring it, Daniel took him down spectacularly.

Quoting the tweet, Dan wrote back: “Thank you for your review David.
“I’ll be passing your comments on to the relevant departments.
“Especially seeing as you have degrees in acting, costume design & extensive knowledge relating to the clergy.”
Unfortunately the critic has yet to respond to Daniel’s take down, but plenty of Corrie fans did.
One wrote: “Oh god Dan that’s what you call a comeback.
“Personally I think you’re fab in the role, why can’t Vicars be sexy?”

Another commented: “Your answer was 12 points! Calm and with sense of humour. All the respect!”
