Viewers have begged Coronation Street not to split David Platt and Shona Ramsey up, and have made it clear they do not like Natalie.
In last night’s episodes (May 20, 2019) Shona began to grow increasingly jealous of her fiancé David‘s trainee hairdresser Natalie.
David’s mum Gail Rodwell had a word with David about Natalie, warning that she may fancy him.
Whilst Shona prepared a meal at home for David, Natalie persuaded David to stay behind after work to give her some extra training.
The pair had a drink and Natalie told David about her mother, who passed away.
She even questioned David on his relationship with Shona and asked what he saw in her.
David told Natalie that Shona helped him through a bad time and was like his rock.
However, viewers saw Natalie was beginning to make her move and they are not happy.

On a Digital Spy forum, viewers were asked: “Should David and Natalie have an affair?” and the responses were pretty clear.
A huge 69% of users voted ‘No’ with only 21% thinking they should and 8% not caring either way.
One user who voted no wrote: “No, David is one of the few characters on the cobbles who hasn’t cheated and I really don’t want to see that change now.”
“No no no. Let’s have a relationship that works for once.
“Please don’t cause any probs for David and Shona by doing this as a storyline,” added someone else.
And a third wrote: “David is one of the few characters on the cobbles who hasn’t cheated and I really don’t want to see that change now.”
One user who voted yes put: “I like Nat with David.”
After David returned home, Shona could tell he had been drinking and was upset that he stayed late to train Natalie.
It looks like things are set to get worse later in the week when Natalie kisses David.
David tries to let Natalie down gently, but when she hears David and Nick discussing how their plan to keep her sweet backfired, she wastes no time in agreeing to date a client who is a policeman.

She makes sure Nick knows what she’s doing.
When David goes to the Bistro and eavesdrops on Natalie and her date Andrew, Andrew comes over and accuses David of fancying Natalie – just as Shona arrives looking for David.
Shona overhears Andrew saying he knows David tried to kiss Natalie. How will she react?
Coronation Street is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
