Pregnant Corrie actress Julia Goulding has opened up about the struggle of working with morning sickness.
Julia, who is expecting her first child with husband Ben Silver, revealed how she has been juggling pregnancy with her job on Coronation Street.

The 34-year-old star told OK! magazine in an exclusive interview: “I felt very sick for the first trimester but, luckily, I didn’t actually get sick. Although, I couldn’t be in the same room as an egg! It made me feel ill to even think about them.”
“I was also very tired and was just getting home from work, putting food in my mouth and then going to bed. It was fun!”
Julia, who plays Shona Ramsey in the soap, said she found work tougher during the early stages of her pregnancy.

She explained: “It was hard at the beginning but it’s my job and I just got on with it.
“I saved all my energy for work and when I got home my guard would go down!”
Julia is expecting her first baby between November and December this year.
She and Ben announced their happy news to fans on Instagram in May.

Julia told her followers: “Ben and I are delighted to announce that we are expecting our first baby at the end of this year! We are absolutely overjoyed and can’t wait to meet our little one! #newarrival #babysilver.”
