EastEnders fan spot ANOTHER embarrassing Stuart Highway blunder

Did you spot it?

Stuart Highway is the manipulative, calculating villain who is single-handedly responsible for bringing pain and destruction to the Carter family.

The twisted villain dreamt up a sick revenge plan so ingenious it landed his frenemy Mick Carter in jail with, at the moment at least, little hope of getting out.

He’s even managed to split up happily married couple Mick and Linda

So it surprised viewers on Tuesday night (2 October), when he struggled to use a mobile phone properly!

EastEnders fans were appalled when the bald baddie received a phone call from his prison mole, informing him of Mick’s movements – most notably, his visit from wife Linda and their subsequent argument.

As the creepy psycho clearly got pleasure from hearing about Mick’s misfortune, fans couldn’t help but notice something wrong with the scene…

He was holding his phone UPSIDE DOWN!

When Stuart ended the call, he flipped the phone over to show the back of the handset. However this also revealed the camera was at the bottom, not the top – meaning that the phone had been upside down all along!

D’oh!

Delighted viewers were quick to point out Stuart’s faux pas, with one tweeting: “Phone upside down! Plus every time i see Stuart, i want to smack his head off his body…”

Another added: “PHONES UPSIDE DOWN AGAIN!! @bbceastenders #EastEnders.”

A third simply said: “Um Stuart’s phone was upside down?”

Just last week, the shady character – or soap scriptwriters – made another blunder when he tried to strike a deal with the Carter family.

Having been realised from hospital after being shot, Stuart visited the Queen Vic and promised the Carter women he could ask Mick’s sentence to be reduced to ‘attempted manslaughter’.

Fans rushed to call out the error, insisting there is no such thing as attempted manslaughter, as you cannot accidentally try to kill someone!

But we’re sure Stuart would try!
