EastEnders fans think Suki Panesar will be the one to expose Gray and his lies over the death of Chantelle.

But after Gray used Suki as part of his alibi, fans are sure she will see through him.

And they hope she will be the one to expose him.

One said on Digital Spy Forums: “Suki Panesar should turn detective and for her to find out that Gray killed Chantelle.

“And then bleed him dry by blackmailing him for everything he has got.”

A second said: “I hope she’s the one who exposes Gray. You can already tell she sees straight through him.

“First, with claiming he’s the jealous type, then finding out it was him who ratted her pest control business out to the council and her raised eyebrow over moneybags Gray, buying the cheapest carton of milk, and then not having enough in his wallet to pay for it, despite the fact his back account has seven figures.”

Another joked: “If Gray doesn’t pay up his 85p + interest for the milk then I give it a week before she’s having him knee-capped. No nonsense.”

Do you think Suki will expose Gray?

EastEnders’ Chantelle’s murder – what happens next

EastEnders boss Jon Sen has teased what will come next as Gray tries to hide his evil killing.

Jon told Metro that Gray’s future will depend on whether the Taylor family believe his story.

He explained: “There’s the aftermath for the Taylor family to deal with, when someone dies in these circumstances questions are asked, depending on how the characters feel about Gray and questions about whether they believe his story or not.”

Soap bosses were determined to show how an abuser like Gray could hide.

He added: “Reflecting the complexities behind a character like him, rather than portray him as purely evil, because in trying to humanise it, it stops it feeling too ‘other’ for the audience.

“We wanted to be very clear that domestic violence like this exists on a sliding scale. The characters and their personalities are much more common than anyone would have you believe – they live amongst us.”
