EastEnders viewers spotted a major blunder in Friday night’s episode of the soap.
Hayley Slater, who just hours ago was bleeding to death, got up in the middle of the night and walked out of the hospital with her newborn daughter.
Viewers had watched her almost die while giving birth alone, before she was rescued by Kat and Big Mo and rushed to hospital.
And after finding Kat and Mo cooing over her daughter, Hayley kicked up a fuss and had them thrown out of the hospital.
Fans know Kat’s husband Alfie is the father of Hayley’s daughter, something only Jean knows also.

But waking in the middle of the night Hayley decided to flee with her baby.
Wearing a hospital gown and her coat, Hayley picked up her baby and walked out of the hospital.
However viewers were unimpressed with her actions, pointing out it would never have been able to happen in a real hospital.

One unimpressed viewer said: “Nice to know Walford maternity hospital lets people walk out with a baby unchallenged #EastEnders.”
A second wrote: “I think the writers are stupid, how could she just walk out of a hospital ward with the baby and not be spotted? #EastEnders”
A third added: “That baby looks four months old. Also, since someone walked out of a hospital and fell down a cliff with a baby a while back would Hayley really be allowed to wander off like that? #EastEnders”

Another pointed out: “As much as I like Hayley, this is going a bit far, try getting out if the hospital with baby .
She will be stopped and brought back to the ward for sure .”
“I think a nurse might notice seeing as they have to buzz you in and out of maternity wards,” added another.
Another commented: “Can’t believe Hayley is allowed walk out of that hospital with her baby #EastEnders”
