There’s romance in the air in next week’s EastEnders when Keegan and Tiffany make the shock decision to elope.
But there’s drama to come when their families find out what they’re planning…
The week gets off to a bad start for lovebirds Tiffany Butcher and Keegan Baker when Dotty’s interfering in Keegan’s fledgling business threatens to ruin his plans for an empire.
Tiffany tells Dotty that she needs to put things right, but her words fall on deaf ears and Sonia is forced to intervene and split the pair up.

However, things aren’t going any better for Keegan when he asks Ian Beale for a job and he gets laughed at.
Keegan sees red and lashes out at Ian, leaving him with zero chance of ever finding work in any of Ian’s numerous businesses.
But while Keegan’s attack on Ian was just a spur of the moment mistake, everyone lays into him and when Sonia gives him what for, Tiffany has had enough and tells a surprised Keegan that they should elope.
Desperate to get everyone off their backs and tie the knot as quickly as possible, Tiffany does her research and discovers that if they go to Scotland they can get married ASAP.
Keegan is thrilled and as the pair tell Bailey and Bernadette, they swear them to secrecy, not wanting anyone else to find out their plan.
Tiffany is beyond excited as she gets a call from the registry office telling her they have had a cancellation for that day, and she and Keegan start to plan their escape from Walford.
After some final preparations, everyone is ready, and when Bernie finally arrives following some very close calls, the gang set off for Scotland. What could possibly go wrong?
But while the future Mr and Mrs Baker are en route to Scotland, Karen is back in the cafe in Walford where she bumps into Louise.

Before they left, Tiffany told Louise their plans to elope, which turns out to be a huge mistake because Louise enjoys spilling the beans to Karen, leaving her stunned.
Karen immediately springs into action and Chantelle, Mitch, Jack, Whitney and Sonia all race to try and stop the wedding… but will they get there in time?
It’s a race against the clock for Tiffany and Keegan to make their appointment to get married in Scotland, but little do they know their families aren’t far behind them, also on their way to the registry office to try and talk some sense into the pair.
Will Keegan and Tiffany manage to stay one step ahead of their families and tie the knot in Scotland before anyone can stop them?
EastEnders airs Monday and Friday at 8pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
