Young killer Bobby Beale’s release date from prison was confirmed last night.
In Monday’s episode we saw Bobby’s dad Ian receive a letter about Bobby’s resettlement plans to return to Walford.
The letter read: “Dear Mr Beale, as you may be aware, your son Bobby Beale, DOB – 22/07/2003, is due for release on 15th June 2019.
“In order to ensure a smooth transition for Bobby from the secure estate back into the community, I would like to arrange an appointment for a home visit to discuss with you any resettlement needs and the conditions of his licence on his return.”

Bobby was played by Eliot Carrington but it has not been confirmed if the actor will return to play to the role.
Fans know in 2014 Lucy Beale was killed in one of the soaps biggest ‘whodunnit’ storylines.
In 2015, 10 months later, it was revealed in a flashback that Lucy’s half-brother, 10-year-old Bobby, was the one who killed her by hitting her over the head with a jewellery box.

His adoptive mum Jane moved Lucy’s body, which was then discovered by a little girl.
Bobby went on to attack Jane in 2016 by hitting her in the head and legs with a hockey stick. She nearly died as a result of her injuries.
Bobby pleaded guilty to the attack of Jane and unlawful killing of Lucy and was sentenced to three years in prison.
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One.
