Soap fans are set for more frustrating schedule changes next month, when Emmerdale is cancelled yet again in favour of football.
Viewers have been increasingly annoyed over the past few months as sporting events have played havoc with the soaps, and next month will be no exception.

In November, there will be further scheduling disruption as a result of football.
Soap fans know that Emmerdale usually broadcasts two episodes on Thursdays at 7pm and 8pm on ITV, but there won’t be ANY episodes on November 14.
This football being on instead of the soaps is really starting to WIND ME UP.
This is to because of the international football match between England and Montenegro, which has a 7.45pm kick-off time.

Luckily, though, ITV has scheduled a number of hour-long Tuesday episodes to accommodate the disruption.
Last night (October 29), Emmerdale fans were given an extra episode which addressed Mandy Dingle and Vinny’s past as casino scammers…
Next Tuesday (November 5), is another such week, with an extra-long visit to the Dales.
The special episode sees Moira fighting for her family, Aaron’s hopes raised, and Dan giving Kerry some advice.
Next week looks to be another dramatic week in the village, withCain Dingle having a one-night stand with Kerry Wyatt, Robert Sugden cutting off contact with his husband and family, and Kim Tate looking to push Graham Foster out.
The soap is bound to face a backlash after the schedule disruption, though, as previous changes have left fans fuming and demanding sport be shown on the sports channels or ITV2.
