Viewers were left in tears after last night’s episode of Emmerdale (May 13 2019) when Lisa Dingle revealed to her daughter and the rest of the Dingles that she was ill and dying.
Zak and Lisa returned home from Scotland to a small welcome home gathering thrown by the Dingles.
However, things soon took a turn when Charity, who already knew about Lisa’s illness, broke down in tears.

Things got worse when Belle discovered Charity knew about Lisa’s illness before her and had a go at her second cousin for not telling her the truth sooner.
Lisa contacted Charity a couple of months ago and she went to go visit her in Scotland where she revealed her illness.

She asked her to help her make funeral preparations but not to tell Belle about her illness.
Despite the sad scenes, it looks like there will be some joy as there is a Dingle wedding next week.
However, things don’t quite go to plan when the pigs escape on the day of the wedding and are running loose, whilst at the church, Zak and the guests are waiting patiently for Lisa to arrive.
Emmerdale airs Monday to Friday at 7pm with an extra episode on Thursday at 8pm.
