Emmerdale character Liv Flaherty has been charged with the murder of Ben Tucker in tonight’s episodes (Thursday, December 2).
Last week Aaron‘s boyfriend Ben Tucker was murdered by Meena Jutla after she found out he discovered footage of her trying to drown Victoria Sugden.
However leading up to Ben’s death, he had a falling out with Aaron’s sister, Liv.
The pair had fallen out over Aaron and Ben moving to Cornwall and had an argument witnessed by Laurel Thomas on the day Ben was murdered.

Later , at the HOP, Ben found a drunk Liv, who has struggled with alcohol addiction, and the two got into an argument which turned physical when Liv began trying to attack Ben.
Ben recorded Liv’s outburst to show Aaron. In a drunk state, she grabbed his phone and left the HOP.
Soon Meena came out of the darkness and murdered Ben.
Outside of the Outdoor Centre, Lydia found her drunk and throwing up and tried to help, but Liv told her to leave.

This week, Lydia found Ben’s phone in Liv’s pocket and they found the video of her having an argument with Ben.
Liv showed Aaron the video and he asked her, Lydia and Lydia’s husband Sam to keep quiet about it. However Lydia called the police and told them about the video.
In tonight’s double bill, Liv was arrested and questioned by police. She later rang Aaron and told him she was being charged with Ben’s murder as her DNA had been found on him.
Devastated, Liv swore she didn’t hurt Ben, but what does this mean for her and Aaron?

It has been confirmed that Aaron actor, Danny Miller, who is currently on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is leaving Emmerdale.
It has not been revealed how Aaron will leave Emmerdale but in next week’s scenes Liv is in court.
Aaron tells her he doesn’t have the strength to keep supporting her. She pleads with him to reconsider, but will Aaron stand firm and leave Liv to face her fate alone?
