Cain and Moira Dingle find their future put on the line next week when Kim Tate starts meddling in their lives once again.
Ever since Kim arrived back in Emmerdale, she has been on a mission to make Cain’s life a misery – even plotting to bump him off because he knows too much about her business.
And while Kim might have recently discovered that Graham has been lying to her and that Joe Tate is actually alive and well and has been hiding out in Monte Carlo, she still has a war against the Dingles that she intends to win.
But what she didn’t count on is meeting her match in Moira.

The women, both as feisty as each other, haven’t got off to the best of starts and now they’re already arch enemies. And next week sees their rivalry step up another gear.
When Cain reveals that he is planning for the worst to happen now that the police are involved… Moira panics that Kim’s return to the village could land her husband in jail, or worse still – dead.
But soon it becomes clear that going to prison isn’t Cain’s only worry.
He’s left shocked when Kim’s intentions to buy the Bartons’ farm from under them become apparent… especially because what Kim Tate wants, she usually gets.
But with his future thrown into question, as well as the fact the farm could be in jeopardy, Cain is further spooked when Noah reveals he overheard Kim and Graham talking, and he’s not going to like what they had to say…
But while what Noah overhears is being kept tightly under wraps, it isn’t that surprising that Kim has got sabotage on her mind, and she will stop at nothing to ruin Moira and Cain’s lives.
The pair are horrified to arrive home later in the week and find Kim in their kitchen… but as well as feeling unsettled by their intruder’s behaviour, Cain is also fuming and heads to Home Farm to confront Kim.

Cain is sickened by what Kim reveals during their conversation… but just how far will Kim go to silence him?
And how long will it take for Cain to realise that Joe isn’t dead after all?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
