Viewers of Emmerdale are convinced Ellis Chapman will die from sepsis after he cut his arm on a nail.
In last night’s episode of the soap (October 16 2019) Ellis was helping clear the area where the new outdoor centre is being built.
However as his phone rang, he became frustrated.
Stopping what he was doing, he went to grab his phone but ended up scratching his arm on a nail sticking out of a piece of wood.

Viewers know that last month Asan was fired from the soap after an argument with Hollyoaks’ Jamie Lomas at the TV Choice Awards.
Asan was called in for “crisis talks” with the show’s bosses following news he was involved in a fracas with Hollyoaks star Jamie, with the soap newcomer reportedly threatening to kill the Channel 4 star.

According to The Mirror, Asan said to Jamie: “Do you think you are a [bleep] big man? I’m going to [bleeping] kill you. I’m going to [bleeping] knife you.”
Asan has since issued an apology, saying “My behaviour at the TV Choice Awards was completely unacceptable and very much out of character.
“I sincerely apologise to everybody who has been affected especially Jamie Lomas, the whole Emmerdale team, our audience, ITV, my family, and the organisers of the TV Choice Awards.
“I am devastated, accept full responsibility for my actions and I am determined to learn from this.”
